In 2016, MyDressbox was officially launched as a specialist wedding gown cleaner and today we offer our bridal gown cleaning and boxing service to brides all over Australia and New Zealand.

One of the questions we're most often asked is if it's safe to courier your wedding dress for cleaning. Rest assured, with track and trace technology available today, it's very rare that packages go anywhere but where they should. In fact, after more than 15 years in the industry, MyDressbox Co-founder Jasmin can't recall ever having lost a dress - either coming from a supplier overseas to her bridal store in New Zealand, or sending wedding dresses to brides across Australia and New Zealand.
We use tracked services of Auspost and other providers and always use signature required tracking when collecting dirty wedding dresses and returning them cleaned and steamed in a MyDressbox wedding dress storage box.
