Highly recommended
Veil came back clean but was completely creased. It had been rolled/scrunched up in a ball, half wrapped with tissue paper (veil was wrapped around the paper, not the other way around) and thrown in the box on top of the dress. I had to double check if it had even been cleaned as it looked worse than when I sent it in. It had been cleaned, a steam would have been nice to make it look better, especially as its the 1st thing you see when opening the box. Removing the creases and/or at least folding it up nicely to place in the box would have been appreciated, considering it is an item I could have washed myself at home. Little dissapointed in this part of my order, but, overall a satisfactory experience.
