Would highly recommend!!! I was a bit sceptical, sending my dress away in a box, and worried it would never come back. However, it came packed and folded up perfectly in a beautiful, lovely, sized box with care instructions.
My DressBox did an excellent job of cleaning my gown. I had leant it to a friend who gave it back to me absolutely filthy, and all the stains were removed. Unfortunately, Despite the website advertising they do minor repairs as well, none were attempted at all on my dress. Even a basic stitching of a flap on the train that had come loose, hadn't been looked at, and there a lot of loose threads where beads may have fallen off which were not adressed, so don't expect repairs.
The dress itself, came up very clean though and beautifully presented in a lovely box It was received back within the expected timeframe too. Its a shame my veil didn't receive the same attention as the dress but overall a satisfactory experience.
As a bridal designer and boutique owner I highly recommend getting your gown cleaned by MyDressbox. I have personally tried and tested her services a few times now with excellent and exceptional results each time. The gowns are handled with the utmost care and diligence. Jasmin even goes to the extent of doing minor repairs like fixing falling beads. In addition to the great results, the service is one the most affordable I have come across and turn around time is far less than traditional dry cleaning.
